Character: Tim Gutterson | Justified | cracking_shot Joining As: Police force Training / Experience: Tim got all of his training done when he was on active duty in Afghanistan. He's a former Army Ranger with sniping experience to boot. He also has well over two years current experience working as a U.S. Marshal, so he knows how to track down fugitives, do tons and tons of paperwork and other things associated with identifying and apprehending criminals. Tim is disciplined, so he's never been out of practice. Anything Else: If he could do very little paperwork, he would enjoy that immensely.
